- Choose a color palette, logo, design needs, and pages.
- Assign LC Phone Number and begin A2P verification.
- Set up the support ticketing system.
- Introduce monthly group calls and access to How-to’s on software use and webinars.
- Establish ongoing tasks




Week 2
Building the Foundation
- Connect social accounts and set up the social planner.
- ntegrate email with Fast5 CRM.
- Create email templates and train the client on email campaigns.
- Present initial Figma mockups of the website (basic framework).
- Set up SMS and email snippets.
- Configure calendars within Fast5.

Week 3
Getting Tools in Place
- Guide clients in downloading and navigating the Lead Connector App.
- Configure payments, invoices, and documents.
- Add dedicated domain to Fast 5.

Week 4
Content Finalization
- Collect all media and written content from the client for the website.
- Finalize the preferred website version.

Week 5
Launch and Integration
- Publish Version 1 of the website live.
- Integrate forms on the new site.

Week 6
Automation and AI
- Launch first automations (email/SMS sequences, reminders, etc.).
- Present Versions 1 and 2 of the website for feedback.
- Integrate calendar systems with the website.
- Generate sharable links for client use.
- Configure and implement conversation AI for initial engagement.
